POLYSTYRENE

It is the standard for energy efficiency. The slab of foam provides excellent thermal insulation, making it ideal for exterior doors where maintaining indoor temperature is a priority.

HONEYCOMB

It is the go-to for general-purpose interior use. The hexagonal cardboard structure provides surprising structural integrity and crush resistance while remaining very lightweight and cost-effective.

POLYURYTHANE

It offers the highest insulation (R-value). Because the foam is injected and expands to fill every corner, it provides superior thermal performance and better sound dampening than polystyrene.

STEEL STIFFENED

Built for high security and heavy abuse. Internal steel channels are welded to the outer face sheets, making these doors incredibly rigid and difficult to force open—ideal for schools, prisons, or back-of-building entrances.

TEMPRETURE RISE

Essential for life safety and fire exits. These cores are made of mineral fiber designed to limit heat transfer during a fire. This ensures the non-fire side of the door stays cool enough for people to touch and pass by safely during an evacuation.
