STEEL FRAMES

⸺ Welded or Knock Down

Our steel frames are available in Welded or Knock Down options, featuring 16GA (1.5mm) cold-rolled or galvanized steel with 3HR fire ratings. Supports Masonry and Drywall double rabbet configurations with jamb depths from 4-3/4" to 10-1/4". Includes hinge and strike reinforcement.

MASONRY FRAME

Our high-performance Masonry Frames are 16-gauge steel, supporting 1-3/4" doors with a 180-minute fire rating. Available in single, unequal, or cased profiles with various anchor types (Wire, T, Tube). Sizes up to 4'x8' (single) or 8'x8' (double). Includes full reinforcement for hardware.

ADJUSTABLE FRAME

Adjustable Frames provide ultimate flexibility for uncertain wall thicknesses, adjusting from 5-7/8" to 8-5/8" in depth. This historic technical innovation ensures a perfect fit every time, featuring a double rabbet design that eliminates measurement errors during installation.

DRYWALL FRAME

Drywall Frames are designed for 1-3/4" doors, offering a 90-minute fire rating. Featuring compression and snap-in sill anchors, they support single, unequal, or cased profiles. Max sizes reach 4'x8' (single) or 8'x8' (double) with built-in hardware reinforcement and silencer prep.
